How do you ship packages?
All packages are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. Additionally, we have fulfillment centers in the United States and Europe to provide faster and more reliable delivery to customers in those regions. Depending on the size and weight of your order, we select the most appropriate shipping method such as ePacket or EMS to ensure smooth delivery.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we provide free shipping to over 200 countries and regions worldwide. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you directly.
What about customs?
We cover all customs duties and import fees, so you will not have to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
How long does shipping take?

Yes, once your order ships, we will send you an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package in real-time. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says \"no information available at the moment\". What should I do?
Some carriers take 2–5 business days to update tracking information. If more than 5 business days have passed since your order was placed and your tracking is still not updated, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped separately even if combined shipping was requested.

Refunds & Returns Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If you need to change or cancel your order after payment, please contact us within 12 hours. Once packaging and shipping have begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. You may request a refund or reshipment if:
- Your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 days, excluding 1–3 days processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you received (item must be unused and returned at your expense)
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Your order fails to arrive due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address)
- Your order fails to arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters)
- Other exceptional circumstances beyond the control of fishstash.com
*Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the 45-day guaranteed delivery period. Please submit requests via the contact page.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size), please contact us first for instructions. Do not return items without authorization.
